Biological inputs

  • RV survey data were used fit cohort-based models of:
    • Proportion mature at age
    • Beginning of year and mid-year stock weights at age [3]
  • Baseline natural mortality (M) values

Partial catches

  • User sets lower and upper bounds on total catch weight


  • Bounds are used via a censored likelihood
